Software Product Operations Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Complete operation planning of software apps overseas together with the headquarters
• Cooperate with headquarters in software app basic operation at early stage and data management
• Support the headquarters in building a software product operation team as a team leader in the medium to long term, and support the development of overseas business
• Regularly optimize overseas apps in terms of content, functionality, UI/UX, and technology, and provide suggestions to headquarters
• Enable overseas customer service or distributors in handling software app usage or technical issues
• Assist the headquarters in providing backend data analysis support to solve customer complaints or improve user experience

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in computer science or medical related fields
• At least 5 years of working experience, and at least 3 years of experience in medical device software product operation and data management
• Familiar with overseas medical device software products, user data insights, and strong data analysis and mining abilities
• Strong communication skills, with experience in cross-cultural environment
• Fluent in spoken English and Mandarin, with experience in international projects and team collaboration
• Possess the potential for team management and the ability to work under pressure
