• Du unterstützt die Xentral-Anwender im Support mit deinem Fachwissen bei der Lösung von Problemstellungen im Zusammenspiel mit ERP-Systemen und hilfst ihnen bei der Bewältigung von Herausforderungen im Umgang mit der Software.
• Du kennst die typischen Fallstricke & Anwenderfragen und arbeitest aktiv mit unserem Produktteam zusammen um die Anwendererfahrung zu verbessern.
• Du beantwortest typische Anwenderanfragen und bist das Bindeglied zu unseren Fachabteilungen.
• Du erklärst, welche Anforderungen unsere Software erfüllt und hilfst bei Problemen per E-Mail, Ticketsystem und Telefon.
• Du hältst unsere Qualitätsstandards gegenüber unseren Kunden im Auge und bist für deren Zufriedenheit verantwortlich.

Dein Profil:

• Du hast erste Erfahrungen im Bereich E-Commerce, Logistik, Buchhaltung oder im Bereich IT mit IMAP, SQL oder API-Anbindungen.
• Du hast bereits Kontakt mit ERP- oder CRM-Systemen (z.B. JTL, actindo, odoo, Navision, Billbee o.ä) gehabt oder bestenfalls kennst du dich bereits mit Xentral aus.
• Du hast Spaß an der Kommunikation mit Kunden und idealerweise ist B2B-Support für dich nichts Neues.
• Du sprichst und schreibst fließend Englisch (C1) und Deutsch (C1).
