Role Description
This is a full-time, remote Patient Portal Telephone Support role. The role involves providing exceptional customer and technical support to patients, troubleshooting portal-related issues, and maintaining effective communication. Responsibilities include addressing patient inquiries, resolving access and technical concerns, and collaborating with the internal team to deliver excellent service. Effective problem-solving and adaptability are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications
- Strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills for resolving technical issues efficiently
- Proven experience in Customer Support and effective Communication to engage and assist patients
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess and resolve queries promptly
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Previous experience in a healthcare-related role interacting with patients
- Qualifications or certifications customer service or technical support
