Chief of Staff

Role: Chief of Staff

Location: Remote (US based)

Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 plus Equity

We are looking for a high-caliber Chief of Staff to work directly with the founder/CEO to scale an early-stage GTM engine, streamline operations, and drive strategic initiatives across the company (A Tech Startup).

This is an extremely cross-functional role — part business operations, part product strategy, part sales/marketing enablement.

You’ll be exposed to everything: sales, product, hiring, investor updates, partnership negotiations, pricing models, customer feedback loops, and more. You’ll act as a force multiplier for the founder — helping unblock priorities, run strategic projects end-to-end, and help us build a company with a strong culture of execution.

This role is perfect for someone who wants to be close to company building from day one, thrives in ambiguity, and has ambitions of eventually starting or leading their own company.

Responsibilities:

• Run strategic and operational projects end-to-end — from designing processes to executing them
• Support go-to-market (GTM) efforts — including selling, partnerships, and marketing to design repeatable playbooks
• Own internal business operations (e.g., goal tracking, hiring ops, special projects)
• Translate customer feedback into structured product learnings and recommendations
• Run or participate in critical meetings — taking ownership of prep, notes, and follow-through
• Act as a sounding board and thought partner to the CEO

Requirements

• 2 - 5 years of experience in high-performance environments (early-stage startups, strategy consulting, investment banking, VC, product/ops at tech companies).
• This individual must have startup experience.
