Senior Product Manager | Gaming industry
Represented by Wander
We’re hiring on behalf of a well-established business in the gaming world, one with a huge, loyal user base and ambitious plans to reshape what comes next.
They’re building for the future and investing heavily in product. This role sits at the heart of that effort.
As Senior Product Manager, you’ll be embedded in a high-performing delivery team with real ownership of a major product area. You’ll work closely with engineering and design to define what matters, prioritise what gets built, and help deliver meaningful change, driven by data, insight, and clear-headed thinking.
What you’ll be doing:
- Shaping the product direction of a major vertical, with real ownership from day one
- Defining problems worth solving using data, user insight, and instinct
- Working collaboratively across disciplines to scope and deliver value
- Prioritising strategically - balancing ambition with realism
- Measuring success based on impact, not just output
- Helping the team stay aligned, focused, and energised
This is a role for someone who’s comfortable with complexity and energised by clarity. Someone who sees the difference between output and impact. And someone who can take a long-standing platform and help it evolve in the right direction.
What we’re looking for
You’ve done this before. You’re comfortable leading products with scale and complexity, and you know how to get the best out of a cross-functional team. You’re user-focused, commercially aware, and calm under pressure.
We’re especially keen to speak to people with:
- Experience owning and evolving digital products at scale
- A strong grasp of both qualitative and quantitative insight
- Confidence working closely with engineers and designers
- A collaborative approach and clear communication style
- The ability to define and prioritise problems worth solving
- A track record of delivering real impact - not just shipping features
- Bonus points for experience in content-rich or community-led products
- Gaming knowledge is great, but not essential.
What’s on offer:
- A 4-day working week (32 hours, full pay)
- Remote-first (UK only), with optional access to office space
- Private healthcare for you and your family
- High-spec hardware and a flexible training budget
- A monthly allowance to spend on games—no strings attached
- A supportive, inclusive culture that’s serious about doing things properly
If you’re a product thinker who loves getting into the weeds and finding the signal in the noise, this one’s worth a look. Wander is proud to be representing this opportunity.
