Vitus Wellbeing provides specialist mental health support through a team of skilled psychotherapists. We match clients with the best therapist for them and tailor support programmes as needed, operating both online and in person to be there when needed the most. We work with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families.
Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Client Care Administrator. Occasional travel to London would be beneficial to build relationships with the team, but not essential.
The Administrator will be responsible for sensitively managing client enquiries, bookings, communications, customer service, finance tasks, and administrative assistance on a day-to-day basis for the manager and the team of practitioners.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Good understanding of psychology, psychotherapy and mental health
- Customer service and administrative assistance skills
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Basic knowledge of finance tasks
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Experience in the mental health industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field is preferred
- Ability to work autonomously and to show initiative
- Self-motivated with a passion for psychology/mental health
- Access to own laptop with reliable internet connection
