We are currently hiring Portuguese-speaking Road Assistance Operators for an international mobility and roadside support project. This role allows you to work fully remote from Greece while enjoying a high quality of life and a stable income.
Role Responsibilities
- Provide phone support to customers in need of roadside assistance
- Handle an average of 3–5 incoming calls per shift
- Accurately register and follow up on assistance cases
- Coordinate with international roadside service providers
Working Conditions
- Full-time position: 40 hours per week, 5 days per week
- Fully remote role based in Greece
- Low call volume and manageable workload
- Permanent contract
Salary & Cost of Living
- Minimum €1,200 net per month (12), guaranteed
- Very low cost of living in Greece
- Full apartments available from €250–€400 per month, often close to the sea (we will find it for you)
