Job Title: Contact Center Agent

Work Mode: 100% Remote (Based out of Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, shifts between 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM EST

Role Overview:

The Customer Service Representative will use call center experience, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail to deliver an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, adapts quickly to change, and always maintains professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately document call details and customer interactions
  • Identify and escalate risks or trends to management
  • Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain a professional and customer-focused demeanor
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • 1+ year of call center experience
  • 6 months of Utilities or Health & Public Services experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong computer skills (Internet, Outlook, email)
  • Data entry experience
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • Reliable internet connection for handling calls
  • Quiet and private remote work environment
