About the role
We are looking for a temporary registration assistant to join our registration team on a fixed-term contract until 23 December 2026.
This role has been created to provide additional support during a busy period. Working remotely, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, you will help process membership and registration applications, maintain accurate records and respond to enquiries from members and applicants.
We are looking for someone who is organised, accurate and customer focused. You will be comfortable managing a busy workload, using databases and CRM systems and handling enquiries by phone and email in a professional manner.
About You
You will have experience in a customer service, membership, administration or similar role, with a proven ability to handle telephone and email enquiries professionally and courteously. You'll be comfortable using CRM systems and databases and have excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your work.
The ideal candidate will be confident dealing with a range of enquiries, including challenging conversations, while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach. As this is a fully remote role, you will be able to manage your workload independently, prioritise tasks effectively and work with minimal supervision.
You must be available to start within the next few weeks and able to commit to working full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, for the duration of this temporary assignment.
