• Strong experience in Cloud Support / Cloud Operations
• Strong knowledge of GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance)
• Experience supporting and maintaining cloud environments
• Strong troubleshooting and operational support skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Flexibility to travel occasionally when required
