Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Senior Account Executive. The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing account projects, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks will include developing strategies for client accounts, providing timely and effective responses to client inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to drive client success. The role will also involve monitoring project performance and generating reports for clients.

Qualifications

• Client Relationship Management, Customer Satisfaction, and Account Management skills
• Ability to develop and implement strategies for client accounts
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with internal teams
• Experience in generating and analyzing performance reports
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience within the legal industry or related sectors is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities remotely
