About the Role
Trooli’s retail business is growing quickly, and we’re looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to help take it to the next level.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is a key leadership role with real influence. You’ll lead Trooli’s brand strategy and channel mix, shaping how we go to market and driving customer acquisition and revenue growth in a competitive B2C environment.
This role would suit a strategic, data-driven marketing leader who enjoys getting hands-on, thrives in fast-moving businesses, and wants the opportunity to make a visible impact. While the role is remote-first, there will be occasional travel to our Kings Hill office to connect with the wider team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of customer acquisition targets through orders placed via the Trooli website
- Support revenue growth by ensuring ARPU targets are met
- Own and continuously evolve Trooli’s affiliate marketing programme
- Lead, develop, and inspire an established in-house marketing team
- Manage third-party agencies to support delivery across the channel mix
- Take ownership of marketing budgets, performance, and ROI, ensuring CPA targets are achieved
- Support the development of Trooli’s product strategy, including marketing delivery for new product launches
- Build and maintain a strong lead-nurturing programme that converts interest into orders
- Develop customer and audience insights, working closely with the Senior Brand Manager to strengthen brand presence
- Own the development and execution of campaigns and promotional activity
- Provide clear, regular reporting on marketing performance to the Senior Leadership Team
- Monitor competitor activity and use insights to help shape Trooli’s wider strategy
- Work closely with senior stakeholders across the business on cross-functional projects
- Build a deep understanding of Trooli’s business strategy and turn insight into action that drives growth
Experience Required
- Proven experience leading an in-house marketing function in a fast-paced B2C environment
- A strong commercial mindset, with a track record of delivering against ambitious targets
- Ability to prioritise effectively and stay focused in a changing, high-growth business
- A data-led approach, using insight and analysis to guide decisions
- A collaborative, proactive working style, with experience operating in remote or hybrid teams
- Confidence balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
- Strong stakeholder and customer management skills
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present clearly and persuasively
- A curious mindset and experience implementing improvements based on performance insight
- Proven experience using CRM systems to identify marketing and sales opportunities

- Experience using Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud
- A strong understanding of consumer buying behaviour
