• BrainLifts: Develop and maintain a comprehensive set of deep insights from your domain and customer expertise to align your team, LLMs, and guide decision-making.
• OODA Loops: Propel measurable outcomes through frequent, data-driven product iteration cycles focused on the Most Important Problem, delivering impactful changes in less than a week, and tracking success with clear, objective metrics.

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Managing roadmaps or dictating what to build or how to develop it.
• Engaging in solution-first product management; instead, begin by becoming a domain expert and deeply understanding your users.
• Spending an entire month on developing a new feature; our goal is to launch new features weekly.
• Constructing technical solutions or defining software architecture.

Basic RequirementsStartup Lead key responsibilities

• Minimum of 4 years in a product leadership role where you actively shaped the product vision and owned the core problem-solution hypothesis.
• Proven experience in launching at least one successful product (not just a feature or module) that reached real users (beyond internal tools) from inception (not joining mid-development) to launch (achieving at least $1 million in revenue).
• Professional experience incorporating AI into your daily tasks (e.g., research, analysis, synthesis, strategy).
