TeamBuilder is a rapidly growing healthcare SaaS company on a mission to transform healthcare with our innovative technology. We believe in empowering our customers through inventive solutions and a commitment to excellence. Our young, rapidly growing team is looking for passionate professionals who thrive in a dynamic, innovative, and collaborative environment.About the Role

  • This role is FULLY REMOTE, though you MUST reside within the United States and be legally authorized to work in the United States. Key Values of all TeamBuilders
  • Committed to driving growth and delivering value for clients
  • Innovative and collaborative, focused on effective implementation of our product
  • Entrepreneurial and ownership mindset
  • Innovative and agile approach to product and customer success

We’re looking for a Business/Operations Analyst who can blend business insight, data analysis, and strategic thinking to help shape the future of our growing healthcare technology company. You’ll work at the intersection of data, operations, and strategy—digging into client and internal datasets, surfacing insights, and helping answer key questions that drive how we deliver value to healthcare providers, patients, and partners. You’ll also play a pivotal role in developing and refining our operational dashboards and reporting tools, ensuring that we—and our clients—have the right insights to make smarter, faster, and more informed decisions. Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze operational, clinical, and financial data to identify trends, performance drivers, and opportunities for optimization across the healthcare delivery process
  • Partner with business leaders to define metrics and KPIs that measure success across patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • Translate complex healthcare data into clear, actionable insights for both internal stakeholders and external clients
  • Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to inform and refine the design of analytics dashboards and data reporting tools
  • Support strategic planning and growth initiatives through rigorous data analysis, business modeling, and performance tracking
  • Develop and automate recurring reports that monitor key aspects of our operations and client performance
  • Communicate findings and recommendations through concise, impactful presentations and visualizations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree a plus
  • 2–5 years of experience in management consulting, healthcare analytics, business strategy, or operations within a startup or fast-moving environment
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with SQL, Python, or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) preferred
  • Familiarity with healthcare data (EHR, claims, patient outcomes, operational metrics) a strong plus
  • Demonstrated ability to distill complex data into insights that inform strategic decisions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills—comfortable translating data for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in an evolving, fast-paced environment

What You’ll Bring

  • A passion for using data to improve healthcare operations and patient outcomes
  • A proactive, problem-solving approach with a focus on turning insights into action
  • A strong understanding of business fundamentals and operational efficiency in a technology-driven setting
  • The ability to connect strategic goals to data-driven execution
  • A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working cross-functionally in a mission-driven startup

Why Join Us

  • Make a tangible impact on the future of healthcare technology
  • Work closely with experienced leaders and innovators in the digital health space
  • Shape data and strategy processes from the ground up as the company scales
  • Enjoy a culture that values curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Additional Information

  • Job Type: Full-time, Exempt, Remote
  • Compensation: Competitive including paid time off, medical benefits, 401k and the potential for an annual performance bonus, and/or equity
  • Culture: We foster a collaborative, engaging, mission-driven culture that values innovation and prioritizes customer success.
