We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Administrative Assistant to support our team with day-to-day administrative tasks. This position is fully remote for united state candidates only, offering flexibility while ensuring smooth operations across departments. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize schedules, calendars, and appointments.
  • Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle email correspondence and respond to routine inquiries.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and digital record-keeping.
  • Coordinate virtual meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
  • Support team members with travel arrangements, expense reports, and other administrative needs.
  • Perform research and compile information for projects as assigned.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Zoom, Slack, or Microsoft Teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior remote work experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or project management is a plus.

Work Environment

  • Fully remote, work-from-home position.
  • Requires reliable internet connection, personal computer/laptop, and a quiet workspace.
