About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support clients remotely. This position involves communicating with clients, scheduling appointments, explaining available products and benefit packages, and assisting with application completion.
Previous experience in the industry is not required. Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and receive incoming calls from clients to address inquiries and support customer satisfaction.
- Schedule appointments with clients interested in available benefits, including individuals referred by existing clients.
- Present and explain products and benefit packages virtually.
- Assist clients with completing applications.
- Participate in management training and professional development activities.
- Attend ongoing training sessions to strengthen product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Maintain professional communication and positive working relationships with clients and team members.
