Epicor Kinetic Support Analyst (Contract | 30–40 hrs/week)

A well-established and fast-paced organization is seeking a hands-on Epicor Kinetic Support Analyst to step into a high-visibility contract role supporting daily system operations and end-user needs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a reactive, problem-solving environment and enjoys being the “go-to” resource for ERP support, troubleshooting, and user enablement.

You’ll play a key role in stabilizing and streamlining day-to-day Epicor activity, helping to reduce workload pressure on the core team while ensuring business users can continue operating efficiently and confidently in the system.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll focus heavily on day-to-day Epicor Kinetic support and end-user engagement, including:

  • Providing hands-on support for Epicor Kinetic users across core operational functions
  • Managing and resolving help desk tickets with a focus on triage, troubleshooting, and rapid issue resolution
  • Supporting end users with “how-to” guidance (e.g., navigating Kinetic, locating data, completing transactions)
  • Assisting with accounting-related workflows including sales orders, purchase orders, inventory, and kit structures
  • Writing and supporting BAQs to improve reporting and data visibility
  • Partnering with users to resolve system questions and ensure accurate, efficient use of Epicor
  • Supporting FP&A, EDI, and operational data needs where applicable
  • Acting as a responsive, hands-on resource to stabilize workload and improve system usability

What You Bring

  • Strong hands-on experience with Epicor Kinetic
  • Experience supporting help desk / ticket-based ERP environments
  • Working knowledge of BAQs and Epicor reporting tools
  • Solid understanding of core operational and financial workflows, including:
  • Sales orders
  • Purchase orders
  • Inventory
  • Kit structures
  • Proven ability to support and communicate effectively with end users at varying technical levels
  • Strong troubleshooting mindset with the ability to resolve issues quickly and independently
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-support environment (30–40 hours per week contract)

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to EDI environments
  • Experience supporting FP&A or finance reporting teams
  • Broader Epicor ERP experience beyond Kinetic
  • Prior experience in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environments
  • Background supporting ERP transitions or system stabilization initiatives
