DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide professional customer service to German-speaking customers via voice and email
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve technical and billing-related issues
- Record all customer interactions accurately in the relevant systems
- Manage product complaints and collect all necessary information for resolution
- Ensure customer issues are handled efficiently and within the required processes
- Escalate product safety or regulatory concerns through the defined channels
- Follow established quality standards, consumer safety requirements and GDPR procedures
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services
- Act as a professional brand ambassador during customer interactions
- Identify and include appropriate sales and cross-sell opportunities during customer interactions
- Share recurring customer issues and insights to support continuous improvement.
- German language proficiency at C1 level and English language proficiency at B1 level
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Customer service, technical support or call centre experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle complaints professionally
- Good troubleshooting skills and technical understanding
- Comfortable working with customer service systems and processes
- Strong attention to detail when documenting customer interactions
- Ability to work independently and follow established procedures
- EU citizenship or appropriate eligibility to work in Bulgaria.
