About the Role
This is a full-time remote role for a Protection Expert at Tembo. They will be responsible for providing expert advice on protection through a choice of providers from across the market. Our protection adviser team benefit from pre booked qualified appointments via our mortgage advisers, and have the full support of a case management team. Occasional evening and weekend work will be required.
Responsibilities
- Providing expert advice on protection
- Maximising opportunities across associated products & services
- Collaborating with the mortgage adviser and case management teams
Qualifications
- 2 years+ experience as a protection adviser
- World class customer service skills
- Deep knowledge of financial service regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Professional certification in protection (CeMAP or equivalent)

Pay range and compensation package
- Up to £35k base DOE
