IMMEDIATE REMOTE CALL CENTER REPRESENATIVE OPENING: $18/HR OPPORTUNITY TO WORK FOR ONE OF THE LARGEST WARRANTY SERVICES/PROTECTION PLAN COMPANIES IN THE AREA FULL TIME OPPORTUNITY, LONG TERM POSITION EQUIPMENT PROVIDED MONDAY - FRIDAY 9AM-6PM EASTERN TIME $18/HR Qualifications

  • 2 years of call center experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Microsoft Excel skills

Responsibilities

  • Emphasis is on general customer service for warranty plans, claims, credits, sales, and product registration.
  • Formulate business decisions based on information provided during the call.
  • Accurately document information within multiple database systems.
  • Adhere to KPI(s), as defined by the leadership team, to ensure you are meeting departmental expectations and quality assurance.
  • Act as a back-up to Outbound Contact Center Team, focusing on closing extended warranty sales and with the assistance of progressive calling.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Miami, FL. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr. Requirements Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
