We're currently looking for a Client Manager focused on healthcare or life sciences who thrives in a business development role and is ready to grow with an established, supportive team.

Role Overview:

As a Healthcare Client Manager at TEEMA, you’ll take the lead in developing client relationships, identifying healthcare staffing needs, and collaborating with a talented network of recruiters to deliver top-tier candidates. You’ll work independently, with the backing of a strong internal team and proven systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and engage new healthcare clients (hospitals, clinics, long-term care, etc.) through outreach, networking, referrals, and social media 📞📧
  • Build long-term partnerships by understanding client challenges and offering customized staffing solutions
  • Work closely with recruiters to source, screen, and present high-quality clinical and non-clinical candidates
  • Manage the full sales process from lead generation through placement and ongoing relationship management
  • Negotiate contracts, coordinate interviews, and ensure smooth onboarding and post-placement follow-up
  • Stay current on industry trends, compliance, and workforce challenges in the healthcare space

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–5 years of business development experience in a staffing agency environment, ideally with a focus in healthcare
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare hiring landscape and client decision-making structures
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
  • Self-starter who thrives in a flexible, remote work environment 🧠💪
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Bullhorn a plus)
