Marketing Agency Project Manager - Life SciencesPosition Overview This role aims to enhance the knowledge and skills of employees through effective training initiatives, ensuring compliance with pharma and life sciences industry regulations and alignment with marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for pharmaceutical products and services.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure training content aligns with product messaging and market needs.
• Engage with stakeholders to identify training needs and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Design and develop training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and curricula.
• Ensure all training programs comply with regulatory standards and best practices in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Coordinate training events, workshops, and seminars, managing logistics and content delivery.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, utilizing metrics to assess impact.
• Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement quality assurance measures for training initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong client relations to understand training requirements and adapt programs accordingly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Education, or related field.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Proven experience holding related responsibilities for pharmaecutical clients.
• Experience in developing digital training content and materials and delivering events - preferred.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methods - a plus!
