What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Serve as a primary advocate for Mid-Atlantic commercial customer relations and services engagements
  • Oversee professional services engagements and programs for elite/strategic accounts
  • Produce executive-level metrics, reporting, and manage service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Interface regularly with Project Managers, Account Executives, and delivery teams to capture relevant client intelligence
  • Advise account team on customer roadmap items and opportunities to drive sales and adoption of services

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Atlassian Jira, and Atlassian Confluence
  • Prior experience running/developing/executing Customer Success Programs for Professional Service firms and/or Vendors in cybersecurity or IT
  • Demonstrated knowledge of commercial/vendor program management
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience with large scale security projects and interfacing with various organizational levels
  • Knowledge of Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) partner relationships
