About the Opportunity:

The CONTACT CENTER REPRESENTATIVE - IHA SCHEDULING TEAM is responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls to schedule no-cost in-home health assessments for members. This role plays a crucial part in member engagement by addressing customer needs, resolving service issues, and contributing to the organization's quality goals through effective scheduling and communication.


Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule health assessment visits
  • Address customer needs, complaints, and service issues clearly and efficiently
  • Use active listening to confirm information and manage challenging interactions
  • Build trust and reliable relationships with members and team members
  • Utilize software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately
  • Meet or exceed call center performance metrics while maintaining quality service
  • Make appropriate product or service recommendations
  • Participate in training and development opportunities
  • Attend meetings on camera as required
  • Follow all company policies and procedures
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by the Call Center Supervisor


Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of call center experience in a target-driven environment
  • Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills and clear diction
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a challenging setting
  • Proficient in MS Office applications; typing speed of 40 WPM required, 60 WPM preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with ability to demonstrate empathy and diplomacy
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to escalate issues appropriately
  • Honesty, integrity, and ability to function effectively as a team member
  • Flexible schedule availability between 6 am and 6 pm PST Monday through Friday, with possible Saturday hours
  • Availability to work from a Windows laptop or desktop with video-calling capabilities and stable high-speed internet within the United States


Pay Range and Compensation Package:

  • Hourly rate of $15-17 plus paid time off and health benefits
