About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant II to provide scaled technical support for high-value advertising clients. This role sits at the intersection of technology, digital advertising, technical troubleshooting, and client solutions, helping advertisers resolve complex technical issues across a large-scale advertising ecosystem.
You'll work with a portfolio of advertisers through a ticket-based support environment, taking ambiguous technical requests and translating them into actionable solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong technical troubleshooting skills with excellent client communication and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for high-value advertising clients through a case/ticketing system.
- Investigate ambiguous or complex client issues and determine the appropriate technical path to resolution.
- Troubleshoot advertising and business technologies, including Graph API, Ads Manager, Conversions API, SDKs, and tracking technologies.
- Diagnose issues involving tracking pixels, API payloads, authorization tokens, integrations, and data flows.
- Manage a queue of technical support requests while balancing urgency, client impact, and resolution complexity.
- Partner with clients and internal cross-functional teams to isolate technical issues and drive successful resolutions.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for clients and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support high-value advertising accounts where issues require a high degree of technical expertise, ownership, and client diplomacy.
- Identify recurring technical issues and contribute to improved troubleshooting processes and support efficiency.
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of customer experience and technical accuracy.
Must Have Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in digital advertising, ad technology, technology solutions, technical support, or a related field.
- First-hand experience working with advertising platforms, business technologies, or technical integrations.
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues within a large-scale advertising ecosystem, including technologies such as:
- Graph APIs
- Ads Manager or comparable advertising platforms
- Conversions APIs
- Tracking Pixels
- Advertising SDKs
- Experience working with APIs, integrations, or technical implementations.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot ambiguous technical problems and identify root causes.
- Experience supporting enterprise, high-value, or technically sophisticated clients.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and diplomatically.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SQL, including writing and executing queries for troubleshooting or data analysis.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of APIs and web technologies.
- Experience supporting or managing a large enterprise book of business.
- Experience working with major technology companies or large-scale enterprise clients.
- Experience in sales or cross-functional environments.
- Experience troubleshooting digital advertising technology, tracking, attribution, or measurement solutions.
