- Establish and nurture relationships with prospective clients via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Drive targeted marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, and other platforms (comprehensive training provided)
- Set and manage both short-term and long-term business objectives with autonomy and minimal supervision
- Contribute actively to leadership development and sales training initiatives
- Build, lead, and cultivate a high-performing team
Who We Need
- At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client success management
- Highly self-motivated and results-oriented with a proven track record of surpassing performance targets
- Energetic, solution-oriented, and eager to lead with passion and creativity
- Exceptional communication skills and a strong passion for fostering leadership and professional growth
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal skills
- Experience with digital advertising (Facebook, Google, LinkedIn) is a bonus but not required
