💲 Salary: $150,000 base + commission (OTE $300k+)

Their enterprise-grade platform offers modular APIs that span the entire payments stack, from onboarding and fraud mitigation to tokenization and real-time settlement.

This high-growth fintech is hiring a Mid-Market Account Executive to acquire and grow eCommerce merchants seeking high-converting, scalable, and easy-to-integrate payment solutions. It’s a standout opportunity to work with a product-led team delivering measurable value across checkout, fraud, and payments performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and grow a book of mid-market eCommerce merchants, managing the full sales cycle from outreach to close.

• Deliver clear business value around higher conversion, better authorization rates, and reduced fraud/chargebacks.

• Collaborate with stakeholders in Product, Engineering, Finance, and Risk to ensure smooth onboarding and client success.

• Create repeatable sales playbooks with compelling talk tracks, ROI models, and tailored proof packages.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of success in payments sales, with deep experience selling to mid-market eCommerce clients.

• Familiarity with payment economics (IC++, MDR), CNP transactions, and tokenization (including network tokens).

• Technical comfort with APIs, checkout flows, and integration conversations with engineering teams.

• Skilled in commercial negotiations, including pricing structures, MSAs, and SLAs.
