  • Fully Remote
  • Full-cycle role: Hunting through 6-8 month close
  • Base: $84k-94k
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $150K - $215K per year
  • Experience selling into complex business models/enterprise accounts
  • Looking for experience selling into Higher Ed or Local Government

About The Client - National Fitness Campaign (NFC):

National Fitness Campaign (NFC) is on a mission to build healthy communities across America, making fitness accessible to millions. We partner with municipalities, schools, corporations and major healthcare companies to build outdoor Fitness Courts in public spaces, promoting healthier lifestyles nationwide. We're rapidly growing and looking for dynamic sales professionals to join our team and help us create impactful change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow relationships with key stakeholders in municipalities and schools
  • Lead the partnership development process to secure participation in NFC's wellness initiative
  • Own a high-volume sales calendar, driving new business and reaching key KPIs
  • Collaborate closely with the NFC team to design, fund, and launch Fitness Courts in your territory
  • Be part of an agile, growing team passionate about health and wellness

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of successful consultative sales experience, preferably selling to large organizations, municipalities, or educational institutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Comfortability with high volume remote selling environment, similar to SAAS or other products/services.
  • Experience securing funding in government, education or enterprise corporate sectors preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers.
  • A passion for health, wellness, and impacting communities positively.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Slack, Google Suite, and Zoom.
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in a related field.
