Sonya Moda is a contemporary Australian fashion label known for its feminine silhouettes and elevated occasion wear. With a strong international customer base and growing online presence, we are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Contractor to support our e-commerce growth.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to manage, design and optimise our email marketing channel. This role will focus on creating engaging email campaigns, improving customer retention, and driving revenue through strategic email marketing.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with fashion or e-commerce brands and understands how to create email campaigns that convert.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute weekly email campaigns aligned with product launches, promotions and brand storytelling

• Build and optimise automated email flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back etc.)

• Design and schedule campaigns using Klaviyo

• Segment customer lists and personalise campaigns to increase engagement and conversions

• Analyse performance metrics including open rates, click rates and revenue attribution

• Collaborate with the Sonya Moda team on campaign messaging, launches and seasonal promotions

• Identify opportunities to improve customer retention and lifetime value

Skills & Experience

• 3+ years experience in email marketing for e-commerce or fashion brands

• Strong experience with Klaviyo (preferred) or other ESP platforms

• Experience with Shopify e-commerce brands

• Strong understanding of email marketing analytics and optimisation

• Ability to design clean, visually appealing email campaigns

• Excellent copywriting and attention to detail

Nice to Have

• Experience working with fashion brands

• Understanding of SMS marketing

• Experience with customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing

Contract Details

• Flexible freelance arrangement

• Approx. 8–15 hours per week depending on campaign schedule

• Remote work possible
