As the renewable energy sector accelerates across Eastern Europe, we are expanding our regional team and seeking a driven Procurement Manager to lead solar PV and clean energy equipment sourcing, supplier coordination, and project procurement support for the Eastern Europe market.

Role Overview

We are looking for a procurement specialist with deep hands-on experience in solar PV and renewable energy to join our team remotely, covering the entire Eastern Europe region. This role is centered on full-cycle procurement support for utility-scale solar plants, commercial & industrial (C&I) solar systems, solar-storage hybrid projects, and grid-integration renewable initiatives. You will act as the key link between our global engineering teams, local partners, and global suppliers, ensuring cost-effective, compliant, and on-schedule equipment supply for renewable projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Procurement Execution: Translate solar project technical specifications into structured procurement plans, RFQ packages, and bidding documents; manage cost estimation, budget control, and end-to-end procurement timeline tracking.
• Supplier Development & Management: Source, evaluate, and qualify qualified suppliers for solar modules, inverters, BESS energy storage systems, tracking brackets, BOS components, and electrical equipment; negotiate quotations, clarify technical details, and conduct supplier performance assessment.
• Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate closely with global engineering, project management, and regional teams to align procurement progress with project milestones; coordinate cross-border logistics, customs clearance, and delivery follow-up.
• Market Intelligence & Compliance: Monitor solar equipment market trends, price fluctuations, and supply chain risks in Eastern Europe; ensure procurement compliance with local EU/EEA standards, grid codes, and renewable energy certification requirements.

What We’re Looking ForRequired Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management specifically in solar PV, renewable energy, or power equipment sectors
• Solid understanding of solar PV system components (modules, inverters, BESS, brackets, BOS) and project-based procurement workflows
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications for solar/electrical systems
• Working proficiency in English; fluency in Russian, Polish, Romanian, Hungarian, Czech or other Eastern European languages is a strong competitive advantagePreferred Assets

• Hands-on experience in utility-scale or C&I solar PV project procurement
• Familiarity with EU renewable energy policies, grid codes, and local certification standards in Eastern Europe
• Experience with cross-border procurement, international trade, and logistics coordination
• Knowledge of MV/LV power distribution and renewable energy grid integration

• Coverage Area: Eastern Europe (including Poland, Romania, Hungary, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Serbia, Ukraine, Baltic States, etc.)
• Work Mode: 100% remote, flexible arrangement to match regional project needs
