We’re looking for a customer-focused and problem-solving Customer Solutions Specialist to help clients find solutions that meet their needs. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who enjoy providing support, resolving issues, and ensuring positive customer experiences in a fully remote environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in identifying solutions that meet their business or personal needs.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide effective resolutions in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and implement solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided.
- Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and customer support documentation.

- 0–2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or related internships/projects.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with CRM or support systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time.
