Enterprise Software Customer Trainer (Remote - LATAM/Europe)

About The Role We are hiring an Enterprise Software Customer Trainer to deliver clear and engaging product training sessions to our clients. If you have experience training customers on software products, enjoy presenting, and can explain features in simple terms, this role could be a strong fit. Must-Haves (Please read before applying)

• 1+ years in Software onboarding, customer training, customer success, or product enablement
• Experience delivering live software training (Zoom or similar)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Located in Latin America or Europe
• Fluent English

Note: Experience limited to school teaching, HR training, call-center training, or general L&D is not a match for this position. Responsibilities

• Deliver live product training sessions for customers
• Walk users through platform features, workflows, and best practices
• Create or update simple training guides and materials
• Support onboarding and feature adoption
• Collaborate with Support, Success, and Product teams to improve customer outcomes

RequirementsPreferred Experience

• Software training or onboarding background
• Ability to learn and explain software quickly
• Experience in Customer Education, Enablement, or Implementation
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
