Shakers is partnering with a leading company operating in highly competitive digital environments to bring on an SEO Specialist who can hit the ground running across content, technical, and offsite workstreams. A hands-on role with real delivery ownership and exposure to complex, regulated digital ecosystems.

The Challenge

You will support and execute core SEO initiatives alongside SEO leads, covering content optimisation, technical audits, offsite activities and ASO. A key part of the role involves translating strategy into repeatable actions and templates, contributing to knowledge transfer across internal stakeholders, and ensuring delivery continuity at scale. You will collaborate closely with Category Leads, agencies and internal teams in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Requirements

• Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on SEO experience
• SEO Expertise: Strong understanding of on-page and technical SEO
• Industry: Experience in competitive or regulated industries (gambling, iGaming, finance or similar)
• Tools: Familiarity with GSC, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs or Semrush
• AI Search: Exposure to AI-driven search environments and AI-search-ready content optimisation
• Mindset: Strong attention to detail and structured execution approach
• English C1Nice-to-Have

• Direct experience in gambling, iGaming, betting or casino sectors
• Familiarity with compliance-driven content and restricted SERP features
• Exposure to large-scale, multi-category or multi-brand websites with complex information architectures
• Understanding of trust, authority and reputation signals in competitive verticals
• Experience supporting international or multilingual SEO programmes
