Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Account Director. The Senior Account Director will oversee client account management, establish strong client relationships, and identify opportunities for business growth. This role includes leading and managing teams, driving strategic sales initiatives, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. The Senior Account Director will ensure successful execution of projects from start to finish, meeting client expectations and organizational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Account Management and Sales, including building client relationships and driving revenue growth
  • Strong Team Management and Team Leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams to achieve strategic goals
  • Experience in Project Management, ensuring the successful execution of deliverables and on-time project completion
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • A results-driven approach with a track record of achieving and exceeding performance targets
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments or venture-backed organizations is highly desirable
