We’re now looking for a strategic, proactive, and ambitious Marketing Manager to own our marketing function and accelerate our brand, demand generation, and market presence.

What you'll do:

• Develop, lead, and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and inbound demand
• Plan, manage, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across SEO, paid, email, and social
• Build and maintain a consistent brand story and visual identity across all touchpoints
• Conduct market, audience, and competitive research to identify growth opportunities
• Manage campaign calendars, budgets, timelines, and internal/external contributors
• Analyse performance metrics, create reports, and turn insights into action
• Collaborate with leadership, sales, product, and content teams to support company goals
• Champion innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement in marketing

What you'll bring:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar marketing role—ideally in digital marketing, SaaS, or agency environments
• Proven success in Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, and Market Analysis
• Strong understanding of Digital Marketing, SEO fundamentals, and Social Media Marketing
• Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-team collaboration skills
• Experience analysing performance metrics, attribution, and ROI reporting
• Proficiency with CRM systems, analytics tools, and project management platforms
• Self-driven, organised, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
