Customer Service Support Specialist

About the role: Looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service Support Specialist to help our Customer Service team. This is a critical support role where communication, organization, and general knowledge of auto parts matter. You will help keep daily operations smooth so our team can focus on helping customers restore their classic cars. What you will do:

• Assist the CSR team by gathering part details, specifications, and checking stock
• Respond to basic customer inquiries by email or online
• Process and update orders accurately
• Keep records organized in our CRM and inventory systems
• Help research hard-to-find parts when needed
• Identify and suggest process improvements as the company continues to modernize

Requirements:

• General familiarity with aftermarket auto parts
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Typing speed of 60+ WPM
• Strong computer skills and comfort using web-based systems without needing step-by-step help
• Adaptable, ready to work in a fast-changing environment

Preferred:

• Prior experience supporting customer service or automotive parts sales
• Experience using Shopify, CRM platforms, or inventory tools
