Job Description

Posted on: July 29, 2025

  • Opportunities for continuous career development
  • Dynamic and innovative work environment
  • Community-focused and socially responsible culture

Who we are

  • Syncfish is a Queensland-owned and operated business established in 2021.
  • Syncfish is an organization of highly experienced SMEs focused on the development and distribution of a SaaS-based solution written and supported entirely in-house.
  • We have a dedicated team who care about our customers and the outcomes we deliver.
  • Syncfish has around forty (40) customers across the globe (with only one in the southern hemisphere). Our customers are typically large/complex organizations ranging from 5,000 employees to 200,000 employees.

What we develop and deliver Syncfish develops and sells a SaaS integration solution called CI Synchronizer (known as CI Sync). CI Sync is an integration solution taking data from multiple source systems (e.g. Lansweeper) that hold IT asset/resource data and synchronizes such data into one or more destination systems (typically the CMDB within IT Service Management systems such as ServiceNow) CI Sync achieves the above using a multi-source/multi-destination "connector" architecture that supports the extensibility of adding further sources/destinations as part of the core design of the solution. Syncfish also provides targeted professional services to customers of CI Sync. Services include configuration/customization of the CI Sync rules to meet the needs of a given customer or CMDB and closely related Service Management professional services.
