🚀 We're Hiring: Director, Customer Learning 📍 Remote | Full-Time | Seeq Corporation At Seeq, we help industrial companies unlock the power of their data. We're looking for a strategic and dynamic Director, Customer Learning, to lead our customer education programs, accelerate product adoption, and drive long-term customer success. In this role, you'll scale Seeq's learning strategy by building impactful programs and leading a high-performing team of instructional designers and education professionals.   • Drive the vision and execution of a global customer learning strategy aligned with business goals and the customer lifecycle.
  • Partner with senior leaders to define metrics and success criteria tied to revenue, retention, and adoption.
  • Collaborate across product, customer success, sales, and marketing to deliver a unified, seamless customer experience.
  • Hire, lead, and develop a high-performing team of instructional designers, LMS specialists, and facilitators.
  • Foster an environment of innovation, experimentation, and psychological safety.

🔹 Program Development & Management

  • Build and deliver multi-modal learning programs: self-paced courses, certifications, live virtual sessions, and in-person training.
  • Launch scalable onboarding programs to accelerate time-to-value for diverse customer segments.
  • Design tailored curricula for key personas—admins, power users, analysts, and more.
  • Establish learner journeys that match industry, technical skill, and customer goals.

🔹 Technology & Platform Strategy

  • Evaluate, implement, and optimize learning management systems and customer training platforms.
  • Integrate learning tools with customer dashboards and Salesforce to create a seamless experience.
  • Use data to track learner progress, surface insights, and continuously improve content and delivery.
  • Stay on the cutting edge of educational tech, platforms, and design practices.

🔹 Stakeholder Partnership and Influence

  • Work closely with marketing to promote customer success stories and education outcomes.
  • Influence internal stakeholders through storytelling backed by data and learner impact.
  • Facilitate knowledge-sharing and learning advocacy across departments and customer-facing teams.

🔹 Internal Learning & Compliance Support

  • Support company-wide compliance training efforts (e.g., data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements).
  • Partner with HR and legal to track training completion and ensure audit readiness.
  • Assist with internal learning initiatives, career development programs, and team workshops.

🔹 Performance Measurement & Optimization

  • Define KPIs such as course completion rates, certifications, and product adoption scores.
  • Conduct regular assessments of learning impact and report ROI to executive leadership.
  • Build feedback loops with learners and internal teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Present quarterly business reviews with insights and actionable recommendations.

Requirements🧠 What You Bring

  • 8+ years in customer education, learning & development, or customer-facing roles
  • 5+ years in a leadership role at a B2B SaaS company
  • Proven track record of success at high-growth technology companies (Series B+ preferred)
  • Experience designing and scaling customer learning programs that drive product adoption
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices
  • Proficiency with LMS platforms, analytics tools, and customer success tech stacks
  • Data-driven mindset and excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of technical products, data analytics tools, and integrations (SQL/API familiarity a plus)
  • Experience with customer success metrics and methodologies
  • Knowledge of adult learning best practices and certification program development
