Business Analyst (B2B, remote from Poland)

We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst.

Important: Please kindly not candidates outside Poland will not be taken into consideration regarding this recruitment process. We are looking for candidates located in Poland who are able to work as freelancers (B2B agreement).

Tasks:Leadership & Team Management:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Business Analysts.
• Assign tasks, manage workload, and ensure team productivity.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Requirements Gathering & Analysis:

• Elicit, analyze, and document detailed and complex business requirements for batch release and certification processes.
• Lead workshops and interviews with senior stakeholders to understand current processes, pain points, and future needs.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

System Support & Optimization:

• Oversee support for IT systems related to batch release and certification, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Identify strategic opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to increase efficiency and compliance.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to plan and implement major system changes and upgrades.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication:

• Act as a key liaison between senior business stakeholders and IT leadership, ensuring clear communication and strategic alignment.
• Develop and deliver high-level training materials and documentation for end-users and other stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular executive-level updates on progress and issues.

Compliance & Regulatory Support:

• Ensure that all processes and systems comply with relevant regulations and quality standards, providing expert guidance on compliance matters.
• Lead support for audits and inspections related to batch release and certification, ensuring thorough preparation and follow-up.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes, and provide strategic recommendations.

Technology Stack Experience:

• SAP Quality Management (QM Module)
• Java based custom applications
• Additional description:

Senior BA for MPC and S4 assessment with Business

Requirements 'must have':

• GXP knowledge,
• at least basic SAP knowledge (QM module preferred),
• strong analytical approach,
• really self organized – can work across teams!
• Experience in leading teams e.g. a team of BA´s
