This role drives new revenue growth for Scannable by generating leads, performing product demos, and closing deals with equipment owners. You’ll also play a key role in building and improving our sales systems in HubSpot to support scalable growth.

Lead Generation & Pipeline Building
● Own outbound prospecting through email, phone, LinkedIn, and industry channels.
● Research and identify new opportunities across rope access, tree care, utilities, telecoms, and
related sectors.
● Qualify leads and set up discovery calls to uncover customer needs.
● Build and maintain a clean, accurate pipeline in HubSpot.
Demos & Deal Closing
● Run discovery calls and deliver engaging product demos tailored to customer workflows.
● Manage the full sales cycle, from first touch to signed agreements.
● Handle objections with confidence and professionalism.
● Close deals across both short sales cycles and longer enterprise opportunities.
● Hand over customers seamlessly to the onboarding and success teams.
HubSpot Systems & Sales Operations
● Build and refine HubSpot workflows, reports, and automations.
● Track KPIs such as demos booked, proposals sent, and deals closed.
● Continuously improve sales systems for efficiency and scalability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
● Share customer insights with Marketing, Product, and Success teams to help refine messaging,
product features, and go-to-market strategies.
● Represent Scannable at industry events and trade shows to expand awareness and credibility.
What We’re Looking For
● Sales experience in B2B SaaS, ideally with outbound responsibility
● Comfortable with cold outreach and prospecting to fill your own pipeline
● Proven ability to run demos and close deals
● Strong with CRM tools (HubSpot is a big plus, especially if you’ve built processes before)
● Hungry, resourceful, and excited to join an early-stage team where you’ll have a direct impact
Location
● Remote-first role based in the United Kingdom
● This role will involve travel, visiting prospects and trade events across the UK and EU
