Notre client est spécialisé dans les solutions pour le point de vente en GMS et GSS (merchandising, displays, pousse-produits…) :
Key Account Manager FMCG – Anglais courantCDI autour de l'île de France idéalement car poste terrain, en remote. OU peut-être localisé sur la partie quart sud-est de la France.Salaire fixe + environ 15% primes non plafonnées + voiture de fonction_Pour ce poste, vous avez impérativement une expérience en tant que Key Account auprès de la grande distribution ou d’un FMCG (ou les deux idéalement) dans le domaine de la boisson, de la confiserie, cosmétiques, alimentaire (frais et surgelé) ou encore du tabac.__Ce peut être aussi de la vente de matériel, ou de solutions pour le point de vente en grandes-surfaces type display, meubles, mise en avant des produits… envers des marques nationales (FMCG) type Haribo, Danone, Coca-Cola, Lindt, Sodebo, Nivéa, Colgate, Garnier…_Vous parlez anglais couramment (C1) et avez le permis B (obligatoire).
We are looking for a strong Key Account Manager, who is responsible for the operational, sales and commercial support of defined key accounts.
He or she is the central local contact person for customers and ensures that:
• Customer strategies are implemented operationally
• Projects are handled economically
• and our client is represented reliably, professionally and consistently in day-to-day business.
The KAM acts within the global/cluster-side and division-related framework defined by the organisational chart who would lead the strategic development of the branch; achieving sustainable profitability and stability.
Reporting to the Western Europe Head of sales.
Main Responsibilities:
Strategic positioning of the company as a partner for all topics related to the point of sale
- Development, planning and implementation of sales goals for selected target customers
- Responsibility for revenue and results for assigned target customers
- Development and support of resellers, retailers, and CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) customers - Acquisition of new customers (retail, CPG and resellers)
- Practiced customer orientation internally and externally
- Conducting market and competition observations
- Identifying new needs and potentials in close and partnership-based collaboration with the whole team
- Participation in events, trade fairs and conferences
Position Qualifications (Skills / Competencies / Experience):
- Bac+4/5 - Degree in business administration, industrial engineering, sales, marketing or comparable fields (e.g. Licence/Master in "Commerce", "Gestion", "Marketing", "Management" or "Ingénierie commerciale")
- At least 5 years in sales positions Previous experience in sales (B2B) as a key account manager or similar Senior level Industry : Several years of experience in shopfitting / displays/ push products ...
- An experience with FMCG-customers is preferred
- Fluent English mandatory (German is a plus)
