Your Role & Key Responsibilities

As the first point of contact for Swedish-speaking customers, you will deliver top-tier support via phone and email:

• Help customers with product orders, deliveries, payments, and returns
• Resolve inquiries regarding missing parcels, article reclamations, and price adjustments
• Maintain strong customer satisfaction through professional, friendly service
• Work standard rotating shifts between 09:00 and 21:00, Monday through Friday (with occasional weekend shifts)
  
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Languages: Native-level or fluent Swedish (spoken and written) + C1 English (for team communication and training)
• Skills: Strong communication skills and comfort using standard computer tools
• Experience: No prior experience required! Backgrounds in retail, e-commerce, or customer service are a plus, but full training is provided.
