As we continue to expand, we’re seeking a motivated Sales Representative with a background in tech sales and a strong understanding of the construction industry to help us drive growth and bring our innovative solutions to new clients. 

Position Overview: 

The Sales Representative will play a key role in expanding RXA Construct's reach by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships, and closing sales. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of construction industry challenges and a proven track record in technology sales. Payment is commission-based, offering high earning potential for driven candidates. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive adoption of RXA Construct software within the construction sector. 
  • Identify and target potential clients, including construction firms, contractors, and project managers. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering tailored solutions to meet their unique needs. 
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to close deals and drive revenue growth. 
  • Stay informed of industry trends, competitor offerings, and construction technology advancements to inform sales tactics and client consultations. 

Key Skills & Experience: 

  • Sales Expertise: Proven experience in technology sales, ideally with a focus on SaaS or software solutions. 
  • Construction Knowledge: Strong understanding of the construction industry, with the ability to relate to industry-specific needs and challenges. 
  • Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building trust and rapport with clients. 
  • Results-Driven: A self-starter with a proactive approach to sales, driven by results and high earning potential. 
  • Product Knowledge: Ability to quickly understand and communicate the value of RXA Construct’s software, aligning product benefits with client needs. 

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in tech sales, with a focus on B2B clients. 
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a commission-based environment. 
  • Deep familiarity with construction workflows, terminology, and industry stakeholders is highly desirable.
