An exciting opportunity to join our client's team at a VC-backed startup offering tech devices as a subscription service to over 500 business clients across 26 European countries, as a Customer Success Manager.
Objective
Manage the full customer journey, including onboarding, growth, and renewals
Responsibilities
- - Own the full customer journey: onboarding, growth & renewal
- - Provide hands-on support, including device supply & order processing
- - Proactively anticipate customer needs and improve their experience
- - Collaborate across Sales, IT & Procurement to deliver seamless solutions
- - Gather & share feedback to drive product and service improvements
Qualifications
- - Fluency in Romanian & English
- - Remote work experience & adaptability to fast-changing environments
- - Proactiveness & ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
- - Strong multitasking skills & a customer-first mindset
- - Solution-focused, owning issues & driving resolutions with teams
