Role Description
This is a full-time remote volunteer role for an International Grants Coordinator. Responsibilities include identifying and researching potential grant opportunities, preparing and submitting grant proposals, maintaining relationships with donors, and overseeing grant documentation. The volunteer will also work collaboratively with the organization’s leadership to strengthen its financial sustainability through securing international funding sources and drive efforts to ensure compliance with grant agreements.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to identify and evaluate potential grant opportunities.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to write compelling grant proposals and build relationships with international donors.
- Basic knowledge of Finance to ensure effective budget planning and grant reporting.
- Experience in Customer Service or stakeholder engagement to maintain relationships with grant providers and partners.
- Sales or fundraising experience is a plus, especially in a nonprofit or grant-related context.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with international development or nonprofit operations is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, International Relations, or a related field is an asset but not required.
