What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Support the customer base by resolving service questions and addressing customer inquiries
- Manage overall order processes, including order processing, generating quotations, and tracking shipments
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhancing customer relations
- Perform accurate data entry of orders and customer information in the ERP system
- Utilize the corporate ERP System (NetSuite) to facilitate customer service operations
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Associate's degree in business or a similar field; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
- Proficiency in ERP Systems, preferably NetSuite; CRM experience with Salesforce preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written

- Experience with Vendor Management Programs
- Well-developed organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
