What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat, managing interactions from start to finish
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the platform
  • Advise customers on best practices for using the platform effectively
  • Act as the first line of defense for triaging and debugging platform health issues
  • Continuously develop expertise in the platform, mobile marketing, and the ecommerce industry

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support or a customer-facing technical role
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for daily customer interactions
  • Technical curiosity and ability to troubleshoot complex issues; familiarity with APIs or SQL is a plus
  • Detail-oriented and organized, capable of adapting in fast-paced environments

  • Experience with SaaS or ecommerce platforms
  • Comfortable working collaboratively across product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams
