What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Serve as the primary contact for patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals utilizing the Opus Health program
• Provide initial support for customer requests via telephone, email, fax, or other available means
• Assess user issues and provide first-level support for problem resolution
• Document resolutions and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate area
• Suggest recommendations to management for operational challenges as necessary

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Pharmacy Technician experience required
• HIPAA certified
• Minimum of 3 years of call center experience
• Experience in medical claim processing is a plus

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
