- Starting pay of $20 per hour

What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Answer customer inquiries regarding supplies, service, and first-level technical issues via inbound calls, voicemails, and emails
- Build and maintain excellent customer service while identifying when technical support is needed
- Provide clear communication and follow up with customers regarding schedules and delivery times
- Collaborate with the Tier 2 team to efficiently escalate unresolved technical issues
- Stay updated on process changes and technology used within the organization
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High School Diploma
- Reliable internet connection
- Experience in a call center environment is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic internet skills
- Ability to multitask and demonstrate professional communication skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Familiarity with word processing software, spreadsheet software, and order processing systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to empathize with customers and exercise mature judgment
