What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Answer customer inquiries regarding supplies, service, and first-level technical issues via inbound calls, voicemails, and emails
  • Build and maintain excellent customer service while identifying when technical support is needed
  • Provide clear communication and follow up with customers regarding schedules and delivery times
  • Collaborate with the Tier 2 team to efficiently escalate unresolved technical issues
  • Stay updated on process changes and technology used within the organization

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • High School Diploma
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Experience in a call center environment is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic internet skills
  • Ability to multitask and demonstrate professional communication skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Familiarity with word processing software, spreadsheet software, and order processing systems
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to empathize with customers and exercise mature judgment
