What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Provide exceptional technical support to customer inquiries via email, online chat, and phone
  • Assist clients with data migration by reviewing and cleaning up spreadsheets
  • Create empowering written content, including training videos and how-to articles
  • Advocate for customers by sharing feedback and suggestions with internal departments
  • Collaborate on new projects and ideas to enhance customer support and satisfaction

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • 3+ years of experience in customer support, customer service, or inside sales
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Technical proficiency and comfort with software and user interfaces
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience with customer service software such as ChurnZero, Zendesk, Hubspot, or ProductBoard
  • Previous experience in the nonprofit sector (paid or volunteer)
  • A passion for learning and teaching in a customer support environment
